You think your chili is the best in the Tennessee Valley? Come see how yours stacks up against other Huntsville chili-champions (or just serve as a “taste-tester” – we always need quality control, right?) Taking place at the magnificent venue of Huntsville’s Straight to Ale Brewery, it’s sure to be a great time.
Not to mention, this is a CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International) Alabama State Championship event, so there will be some SERIOUSLY amazing chili being cooked up.
Live music by Alabama State Representative Phil Williams and his band The Reps, a jalapeño eating contest, raffle prizes, and specially brewed beer from STA make this a premier event for the Tennessee Valley, so gather your closest “chili-heads” and come on out!
