Our Ruchi on Energy Exchnage Forum

Sometimes you just have to honk your own horn! Today, the Nexus Energy Center is excited to tell you that our Executive Director, Ruchi Singhal, has been invited to speak at a national energy conference this week in Rhode Island. This is such an incredible invitation to speak in front of the country’s leading energy experts. Now, this just reaffirms what we’ve been telling you for the last few years – Ruchi is one of the leading energy experts in the country and is much sought after for her ability to educate people how they can save energy and make their homes and businesses more energy efficient.

The Huntsville office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is in charge of handling important energy saving initiatives for all federal installations and hopes to one day be able to achieve “net zero” at each location. Net zero means making as much energy as you need to run your operation. They are playing a significant role in this conference as the federal government wants to lower their energy usage by a large amount over the next ten years.

Ruchi says, “My talk will be, LONG TERM ENERGY EFFICIENCY, IT TAKES A VILLAGE “.

My goal is to explain to those attending the success Nexus Energy Center has achieved with our Comfort Project and AlabamaWISE programs and the savings our clients are getting every month. Nexus Energy Center, through grassroot efforts is educating people on energy efficiency solutions leading to homeowners feeling more empowered. Once empowered, people make positive decisions that lead to needed results, in this case, much lower utility bills, better home quality and more money for other necessities of life.”
